Since their purchase in 2009, Rainbow Village in Rainbow Texas has transformed from a small trailer park to a thriving residential community. Owners Melinda and Paul Brooke saw the potential this property had and began offering it as a short-term RV living option. As time went on, they realized the attraction Rainbow, TX, held for individuals and decided to create an inviting space for homeowners and their families to live. This led to the construction of several single-family homes that can be easily rented at a monthly rate that includes amenities such as electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and trash collection. The best part about this new housing opportunity is that they’ve only completed Phase 1 of construction. Rainbow Village in Rainbow Texas has plans to keep constructing additional rental cottages and RV lots and will increase security by turning into a gated community. Residents will have access to top-notch laundry facilities as well as a well-equipped fitness centerand a fully-stocked convenience store. Rainbow Village in Rainbow Texas will also install several recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, volleyball court, and children’s playground.
