Introduction
We are a friendly, family owned home care company which provides help and support to people in their own homes. Our service is led by Dr Hannah MacKechnie a qualified GP. We specialise in care for the elderly and can provide all types of care including full medication support, pop in visits for peace of mind, personal care and dementia care at home.
We support many of our clients to stay independent by helping them to get out and about, to the shops or to appointments and our carers can help with all household tasks.

Meet Our Team (3)
Melissa Morgan
Manager
Melissa joined Radfield Home Care originally as a carer in our Shrewsbury branch. She progressed into a supervisor role and then joined the Shrewsbury office team and worked her way up to become our Deputy Manager. From there she has progressed to become the Branch Manager of our Stafford branch and brings a huge amount of energy and drive to a role which she is extremely passionate about  - ensuring that clients receive the best care and  that carers are well  supported and looked after.
Teresa Thompson
Registered Manager
Teresa has 14 years of experience working in the care sector looking after both children and adults. She has worked in residential, nursing and EMI settings across Staffordshire and Shropshire. She was appointed as our Stafford branch manager in 2012 and is working towards her Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
