Introduction
We are a friendly, family owned home care company which provides help and support to people in their own homes. Our service is led by Dr Hannah MacKechnie a qualified GP. We specialise in care for the elderly and can provide all types of care including full medication support, pop in visits for peace of mind, personal care and dementia care at home.
We support many of our clients to stay independent by helping them to get out and about, to the shops or to appointments and our carers can help with all household tasks.

Angela Freeman
Registered Manager
Angela was appointed the Worcester and Droitwich branch manager in 2015 after having worked for Radfield Home Care for several years in the office.Â
'On the day that I took a temporary job in a residential care home at the age of fifteen I didn’t realise  that I had taken my first steps towards a fulfilling career in care and that 25 years later I would be  the registered manager of my own branch here in Worcester.
I progressed from a care assistant to a supervisor, gaining experience and training on the way, until I  felt that residential care did not allow me to support clients in the way that I believe they deserve. I  made enquiries into domiciliary care and came to believe that enabling people with care and  support needs in their own homes would allow me to give personalised support which would  empower our clients to have fulfilling lives.
I started working for Radfield Home Care in February 2014 as a care operations officer and with  training and the support of the company I have progressed to be the Registered Manager of the branch. I lead a team of  dedicated carers who support the most wonderful clients.'
Angela   is passionate about providing the highest standard of care to our clients across Worcestershire. She has many years of experience in the care sector and completed her Level 5 Leadership and Management in Care Award in 2014 and became the CQC Registered Manager of the branch in 2016.
