Hi, I’m Rachael and I am a qualified counsellor. My main priority is you. It is so important to me that you feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings in order to change or manage your situation or issues that you came to me with.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I specialise in addiction and codependency but I work with other issues such as:

I offer online and telephone counselling. My face to face sessions are carried out at Swansea City Centre. I offer a discount to students.
