We specialize in inspections for pre owned home's of any age, listing inspections, new construction (all phases) inspections and warranty inspections. Our new construction inspections begin prior to the foundation being poured, then prior to the drywall being install, and then at the completed home stage, usually about a week prior to closing.Our completed home inspections differ from other inspection companies. First, the roof is walked rather than inspected from the ground, as most other companies will do. Second, all of the electrical outlets are inspected rather than a sampling, as most other companies will do. The same is true with the windows. Fourth, the cabinet doors, drawers, and interior are inspected. Cabinets are not required by the Texas Real Estate Commission to be inspected so are typically excluded by other inspection companies. You receive a narrative report with photos within 24 to 36 hours of the inspection rather than merely a checklist type report.
