Andrew has over 29 years experience in the industry and passed his first industry qualification in 1989 at the age of just 20. Andrew has gone on to become fully qualified in all aspects of the industry.

He is a Qualified Remedial Dampness Surveyor, CRDS, a Qualified Timber Infestation Surveyor CTIS, a Qualified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments, CSRT and a Qualified Structural Waterproofing Surveyor, CSSW. Andrew is also an associate of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining, AIMMM.

Andrew has been heavily involved with the industry’s governing body, The Property Care Association, (PCA) for many years and was honoured to be elected as the Chairman of the PCA in 2015.

He also continues to serve as the PCA’s Northern Regional Chairman.

Andrew loves surveying and putting on his overalls and providing all his clients with a thorough, comprehensive and professional service.

When not at work, which isn’t that often, Andrew enjoys bodybuilding and trying to keep fit at his local gym. He loves spending time with his family and tries to escape with them as much as possible.

Ben started working for us in 2009 and is excelling in the industry. He has also obtained his NVQ Level 2 qualification in Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing.

Ben’s ability to put his hand to all aspects of the work we are involved with makes him an extremely valuable member of our team, whether it be damp proofing, replacing or treating a floor to replastering, and if we’re talking wall tie replacement, then he’s your man.

When not working, Ben loves to spend time with his three beautiful children and plays for his local pool team.

David is our longest serving member of staff and has been with us for 12 years. Like Kevin, he was one of the first technicians nationally to obtain his NVQ level 2 qualification.

David is as conscientious as they come and his commitment to his clients and the contracts he is involved with is second to none.

His attention to detail and the standard of work he expects from himself and other members of the team is a credit to him. Nothing is too much trouble.

David has two beautiful children who dote on him and he spoils them rotten.

Donna has been with us since 2013 and has made a real impact since her arrival. Donna was originally employed as a secretary and came with an exceptional customer service background.

As a result of her hard work and commitment she has now been promoted to office manager.

Donna is also our survey and contract coordinator and assists the partners in the smooth running of all our activities, she is also responsible for implementing and updating all the training and personnel records for every member of staff and keeps all our extensive health and safety requirements compliant and up to date.

Donna lives at home with her two lovely children and enjoys reading and is a bit of a Zumba addict. She loves the outdoors and makes a great cup of coffee!

Hayleigh is our office and marketing administrator, she is the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office.

Hayleigh’s duties include dealing with all telephone queries and keeping all the administration completely up to date, she is also a dab hand at our computerised sketches and types up all the reports. Hayleigh brings previous marketing experience to the company and is responsible for monitoring and planning our marketing requirements. Hayleigh loves horror movies and lives at home with her beautiful daughter Mia.

Jamie has over 27 years experience in the industry and passed his first industry qualification in 1989 at the age of 21. Jamie has gone on to become fully qualified in all aspects of the industry.



He is a Qualified Remedial Dampness Surveyor, CRDS, a Qualified Timber Infestation Surveyor CTIS, a Qualified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments, CSRT and a Qualified Structural Waterproofing Surveyor, CSSW. Jamie is also an associate of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining, AIMMM, is bpec certified to design & test domestic ventilation systems and is has been accredited by the School of Waterproofing.

Jamie’s particular area of expertise is Basement & Structural Waterproofing and he has designed waterproofing systems and supervised contracts for clients all over the country, from existing and new-build basements to the protection of concrete structures above ground. There has even been the odd green roof involved.

Outside work Jamie enjoys travelling and spending time with his family. He likes to pretend he’s quite good at poker and has recently started to make his own wine, a combination which might not go to plan…

Joshua is the newest member of our team of technicians. To say he has hit the ground running is an understatement and as younger brother of David just proves it must be in the blood.

Joshua has already achieved his NVQ Level 2 qualification in Wood preserving and Damp Proofing and has also shown a natural ability in our basement and waterproofing contracts.

Joshua lives with his girlfriend and apparently loves anything Marvel!

Kevin is one of our most senior technicians and has been with us since 2007. As with all our technicians Kevin is NVQ level 2 qualified in Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing.

We are extremely proud that when Kevin achieved is NVQ level 2 qualifications, along with David they were two of only eleven technicians nationally who could boast the qualification.

Kevin heads up our team of technicians who specialise in our basement and structural waterproofing contracts as well as all our concrete and structural repairs and has been involved with some extremely complex contracts up and down the country.

Kevin lives with his girlfriend and has two children. He also quite fancies himself as Maverick from the film Top Gun, if you see him in his Aviators you’ll know what we mean!

Rick joined us in 2013 with a wealth of plastering experience to his name. Richard immediately took to our industry like a duck to water and committed himself to training and was rewarded with an NVQ Level 2 qualification.

We don’t think anyone has ever seen Rick without a smile on his face. His attitude is infectious and rubs off on us all.

Rick lives with his girlfriend and no doubt smiles at home too!
