RAE Contracting is co-owned by longtime Billings residents Robert Espinoza and Carl Selfridge. Both Robert and Carl have raised their families right here in Billings, with a combined seven children graduating from Billings West and Skyview high schools. Both Robert and Carl have extensive experience in the construction industry, as well as in sales and customer service.
