Quinta do Olival

"Quinta do Olival" was our great grandparents’ house, Rita and Francisco. Farmers on the earlier century, Rita and Francisco produced and harvested the natural surroundings of "Quinta do Olival". Nowadays it´s a rural tourism complex.
They lived on the today’s “Casa do Avós” where they used to prepare home bread on the “ancient stone oven”, produced wine in the “Casa Adega do Buraco” and also produced olive oil from the still existing Olive trees in “Casa do Lagar”. A brief story yet important, that leads us to respect even more Rita and Francisco’s heritage. So, Quinta do Olival is a fusion between contemporary and rustic architecture. Totally recovered from ruins, gives to our guests the comfort of today's demanding and the sensation of being in an ancient farmer house.
"Quinta do Olival" has available for our guests, the swimming pool, bicycles, parking, and all the natural surrounding for long walks.
"Quinta do Olival" is near several interesting points, such as River Beach (5km), Natural Parks (approximately 30km), and ponds (20km). City centers like Viana do Castelo (40km), Braga (50km) and Oporto (95km) and 5km away of Arcos de Valdevez, a small cozy village.
