Hello, I am Matthew Pedersen, the owner of Quantum Home Inspections, serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. I love living here in the Inland Northwest and know how our climate may affect the condition of a home. As a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and with my home remodeling experience, my knowledge of building components and functionality is strong. Beyond just having technical skills my goal is to provide education on the operations of your home with the highest quality of customer care.
