Questions & Answers

1. Builders always charge extra for things that should have been included in the price. What's your policy?
You don't pay any extra. That's why there's a survey carried out before the start on your project, and it's your Builder's responsibility to see and predict hidden problems. When you sign a contract with Property Fix London, it's based on a genuine quotation provided. It's not an estimate, where price could go higher. You also get the right to keep an agreed retention fee until you're 100% satisfied with the services provided and all snagging has been carried out to your standards.

2. I'm concerned that things will go wrong. What happens if something breaks after you guys are gone or during the works?
You're hiring the professionals, therefore you're covered by the Company's Liability Insurance up to £10m attached to your non-obligation quote. Also, you're issued a 2 year warranty on all services provided. You're also offered 1 walk-through after 3 months of completion to ensure that everything works and looks as it should. Free of charge.

3. Some Builders don't show up after a week's time, because they have other projects going. What about you?
There’s nothing more frustrating and annoying than chasing your Builders to show up when work needs to be done. You get 100% attendance guarantee. Remember the retention fee? You get to keep it if the attendance that you have requested is breached in any way.

4. I'm concerned about the quality. How do I know if you're experienced and trustworthy?
You get to ring our clients, or even go and see the quality for yourself. But most importantly, you don't pay in advance and you can see the exceptional finish as it's being completed.

5. Do you hire sub-contractors?
All you get is experienced Property Fix London tradesmen on your project, therefore you don't have to worry about third party people that could damage your property or mishandle your belongings in any fashion.

6. I'm not sure if I have sufficient budget for my project. What do I do?
If you're unsure if you have enough funds to finish your works, you need to talk to Tom (your Project Manager that’s on your site every day) and together you will come up with a plan that works for you. Two decades of experience surely makes you confident to get your project completed within desirable time-scale, budget and to the highest standard there is.
