Progresso Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts academy located in Plano, Texas. We provide world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing instruction, as well as functional training classes. We have classes six days a week, with morning, noon and evening classes to ensure that you can find a program that fits your schedule.
