Adwoa has acquired over ten years experience in Company Secretarial & Administrative Support Services and Events Management Services. Adwoa has set up Administrative Offices for major companies with oversight responsibilities of grooming Customer Care Representatives. Adwoa has a lot of experience in the hospitality industry from working with key players in that industry such as the Golden Beach Hotels.
Adwoa is a Chartered Secretary certified by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (UK). She facilitated a number of training sessions for Receptionists, Customer Care Representatives, Secretaries, Personal Assistants and Administrative Assistants. She has also managed formal and informal events for companies and individuals.
