Anne is a registered massage therapist completed her education at Mount Royal university with a 2200 hour massage degree. Her passion is in therapeutic massage. She has experience and training in helping people with lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, MVA’s and sports injuries. She has also worked extensively with kids that have disabilities. Aneeksha combines deep tissue massage along with myofascial release to relieve clients conditions. She is passionate about her work and enjoys what she does.

Dr. Cara Curtis recently relocated from Portland, Oregon to join the health care team at Pro-Health Chiropractic in NW Calgary. In her hometown of Peace River, she grew up figure skating competitively, which led her to seek chiropractic care at a young age. Needless to say, she fell in love instantly. She decided then that she too wanted to help young aspiring athletes like herself to stay healthy and pain free.
Upon graduating high school Dr. Curtis received her Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Cell Biology from the University of Alberta. During her years spent at the University she worked as a research assistant in a Neuroprostheses and Rehabilitation laboratory. Her work on pressure ulcers under the supervision of Dr. Vivian Mushahwar was published in three different scientific journals.
She then attended the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon where she graduated summa cum laude. Upon graduating Dr. Curtis practiced in Lake Oswego, OR where she specialized in the treatment of disc herniations. Dr. Curtis sustained this specific injury herself which has given her a unique perspective in its treatment & rehabilitation. Although disc herniations were her specialty and personal interest, Dr. Curtis has experience treating a wide range of conditions and patients of all ages.
Dr. Curtis has taken additional training in Pediatrics and the Webster technique allowing her to treat children and pregnant women with better precision and expertise, modifying her technique to tailor to this specific patient subset.
While out of the office, Dr. Curtis enjoys spending time with family & friends, practicing yoga, working out, golfing, snowboarding, and cooking healthy & nutritious meals. She believes in a healthy body and mind and approaches her patient care in the same way.
Dr. Curtis is excited to be the newest member of Pro-Health Chiropractic and is eager to help people get active, perform better, and live pain free!

Dr. Kamal Ikram is a chiropractor located in Northwest Calgary. He graduated from the University of Western States in Portland Oregon with Clinic Honours designations. Dr.Ikram has a strong background in sport, nutrition, fitness and bodybuilding. He played competitive hockey, basketball and volleyball before attending the University of Alberta for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Ikram’s past experience has included work with some of the top CFL players and Olympic athletes in Canada. As such, he has an excellent background in sport-specific training, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Dr. Ikram is fully certified in Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, Acupuncture/Dry Needling and Kinesiotaping. Dr. Ikram also has a wide range of experience with a variety of patients. He has treated pediatric patients from the age of 3 weeks old all the up to senior patients at the age of 90.
Dr. Ikram uses a 3 prong approach for optimum health and function; joint manipulation, soft tissue work and rehabilitation exercise. He believes that success in sport/lifestyle is dependent on many factors, and therefore the body must be analyzed from a biomechanical, anatomical, and functional point of view, and treated accordingly.

First introduced to massage therapy as a patient, following a neck injury in 2010, Natasha’s outlook on manual therapy was significantly changed. Realizing that a career in massage therapy opened endless doors into health and wellness she was drawn to massage’s ability to not only incorporate her love of athletics, anatomy and, physiology, but to provide a platform to share her passion and knowledge with others.
Graduating in 2012 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) Halifax Campus’ 2200 hour diploma program. Where she completed clinical outreaches specializing in chronic pain and sports massage along with a treatment series researching the effects of massage on range of motion in the upper limbs.
Natasha values the importance of proper care for all individuals and is passionate about providing the highest level of treatment to all her patients. Incorporating various techniques including: Swedish massage, myofascial release, myotonic release, myofascial trigger point therapy, central and peripheral joint mobilizations, manual lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and remedial exercise to achieve optimal results in the treatment of musculoskeletal and systemic conditions/injuries. She believes that knowledge is power in its self, and encourages all her patients to take an active approach to their own health.
