Primas Facilities Management is an organised, innovative and dynamic facilities management provider. Managing planned, preventative and reactive services for a broad range of organisations including law, education, commercial and multi-sited businesses on their buildings, electrical, environmental and compliance requirements to the Health and Safety at Works Act. Primas Facilities provides specialist resources that offer a supportive approach to clients through a single point of contact and accountability.
Primas Facilities Management is based in the North West and satellite offices in London and Cambridge and will provide Facilities Management services to businesses on a local, regional and nationwide basis.

Primas Facilities Management provides solutions in all areas of compliance electrical testing and inspection and manages electrical testing and inspection for our clients on a nationwide basis. Electrical testing (EICR) is a regulatory requirement on all fixed electrical installations. Testing is undertaken by NICEIC Certified engineers trained to 17th edition industry standard with 2391 and 2392 Inspection accreditation for electrical testing and inspection of commercial buildings under the (IEE Wiring Regulations).
