We are available to assist you with legal services regarding estate planning, real estate and probate.
Our estate planning services begin with an office conference which will enable us to understand your personal needs and to make a recommendation regarding the drafting and execution of appropriate estate planning documents. Some of those documents include wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Once we have determined what documents are necessary, we will provide you with a flat fee quote for our services. There is no charge or obligation for this first conference.
Secondly, we represent both buyers and sellers regarding real estate purchases and sales. We will handle all details of a real estate purchase or sale from the preliminary offer to purchase through the closing of the transaction. We also draft specialized real estate documents such as land contracts, mortgages and leases, both residential and commercial. We will provide you with a flat fee for legal representation regarding any real estate matter.
Finally, we also provide legal services regarding the probate of decedents’ estates. We will guide you through the complicated process of estate administration by drafting necessary probate documents and filing them with the probate court. We will also prepare and file all necessary fiduciary tax returns. We provide probate services on an hourly basis. Please contact us for the current hourly rates and an estimate of total costs regarding your probate matters.
Attorney John Priebe has over 37 years of experience as a lawyer in the areas of estate planning, real estate and probate. He is currently the chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. We have two full time legal assistants with combined experience in excess of 50 years.
