Introduction
Prewitt Hardwood Floors, Inc., has been creating custom hardwood floors since 1982 for residential and commercial projects. The Prewitt woodworking journey began in 1982 when Richard Prewitt was hired by a sports flooring contractor. His love for woodworking led to the installation, sanding, and finishing side of the business. Some notable projects include: Pepperdine University, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the Los Angeles Forum, Ohio State University, The Southeast Asia Games (Manila, Philippines), as well as countless others. Rich noticed a true lack of craftsmanship in the industry and sought to become a master of the woodworking craft. He has since trained his sons and apprentices to also become master carpenters without compromise.
