Introduction
They sent Ray over and he was just so pleasant, calm and efficient that it was a really positive experience. Ray called 15 mins before he arrived to give a head's up, then explained where he thought the problem was, ran the snake, cleared the clogs. He was also extremely helpful and patient in explaining the other plumbing related issues we had. We have more work that we're going to schedule, but in the meantime, I give Precision 5 stars, and Ray from Precision 10 stars.
