We were, at the beginning engaged in waterproofing of buildings to redress the problems of cracks and leakages from the different segments of buildings that resulted in damages to the structure and caused more worries to the occupants of the buildings. Even buildings newly constructed are tend to such problems of cracks and leakages due to improper and traditional construction practices.

This had driven us to think of suitable strategy to construct buildings that would be leakfree and durable. We c0ncluded that waterproofing and construction should go hand in hand while constrction itself so that many post construction problems could be eliminated.
