Practice Positive Coaching

I created Practice Positive Life Coaching after going through a troubling time in my own life. Once I got myself to a place I was happy with, I wanted to help others. I wanted to help others in a proactive way. So I got my qualification and Practice Positive coaching was born.

I help anxious, low in confidence individuals to succeed in life. I work with them to improve their confidence levels to a point they are more than happy with. Confidence Coaching can really bring out the best in people. The work I do can also have a positive impact on anxiety.

Life Coaching is about creating goals and then helping your client to achieve said goals.

I also help individuals who are lost in their current careers. I understand firsthand how frustrating it can be to be stuck in a job that gives you no happiness. So I work with my clients to help them discover the career that fits their desires. Then, through effective career coaching, we identify and take the steps needed to get there.
