Welcome to the new generation of Ponti's Italian Kitchen which our family has run since 1963. Our family originates from Piacenza in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy and we are passionate and committed to the exceptional food of the region. Dishes are simply prepared, using the freshest quality ingredients with a generation's twist on traditional classics. Provenance is a key part of our menu, with several dishes denoted with the DOP logo, the official mark which certifies that the products are genuine speciality products from the region. So, the Parma Ham is from Parma and nowhere else.

Our open, theatre style kitchen with its wood stove oven, creates a sense of theatre with dramatic displays of Salami, Coppa, Pancetta and Prosciutto Crudo suspended from meat hooks, surrounded by platters of large creamy balls of Mozzarella di Buffala, fresh green Italian olives on ice, punnets of juicy vine ripened cherry tomatoes, fresh Focaccia, Altamura and crisp bread from Italy

My family has always been passionate about our roots and the provenance of our food. That passion has filtered its way down through my team, many of who are Italian and form part of La Famiglia. We felt the time had come to showcase our commitment to the great food of Emilia Romagna. We eat with our eyes and the refurbishment of our Oxford Circus restaurant, together with the introduction of our new menu, we hope will provide customers with that genuine Italian experience.
