Plastic Navigation Industrial Ltd is a high precision custom plastic molds and parts manufacturer in China.We can design the products according to customer’s plan or concept and make professional structure evaluation of customer’s part design. We offer full range of professional tooling solution, mould design, high precision molds of international standards,part injection molding of high quality as well as the post processing and assembly of products all in one package service.We can make your design, plan or even just a concept become real products.
Our tooling shop covers all the mold manufacturing processes with full set of equipment including high&medium speed CNC milling machines, EDM machines, wire-electrode cutting machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, mold testing injection molding machines and so on.Our main products include the housings and components of home appliances and medical appliances, electronic precision assembly parts, automotive components and all high precision plastic parts.
Our molding shop now has 60 injection machines from 50Tons ~ 1200Tons, among which there are JSW,SANYO and other Japanese brands machines,there are brand new Haitian machines as well.Most of the machines are equipped with robotic hand which can automatize the production.Our molding factory also provides full set of post process- Spray lines, Printing lines, Laser Etching equipment,assembly lines,Sonic Welding equipment , tufting machines and so on.
Plastic Navigation Industrial Ltd started molding business since 1993 and began mold manufacturing in 1997. Our second molding plant opened at Sha Tian Town,Dong Guan City in 2008 named Mingzheng Plastic & Metal Product Ltd. Our tooling factory was moved to Dong Guan city in July,2013, and set up a subsidiary tooling shop named Dong Guan Plastic Navigation Industrial Ltd to specialize in manufacturing export moulds of international standard.

The major shareholder and general manager of the company Mr. Qin has been the Quality Director of a famous electrical listing Corporation for many years, Mr. Qin has not only a profound knowledge of ISO9000 management system and quality management system,but also a wealth of experience and understanding. “Higher quality, Better serviceâ€has always been his leading concept.
The shareholder and engineering director Mr. Huang has been working in the plastic engineering field for 23 years since he had graduated from a key university of technology with major in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Having worked as the Project director and Engineering director in a big corporation in plastic field for many years, Mr Huang has a profound knowledge and understanding of the part & mould structure as well as very rich experience of plastic injection molding.With emphasis on rigorous, meticulous attitude towards every project under Mr. Huang’s leadership, our engineering team and project team can offer professional solution and service for your project such as plastic part design and analysis,mould design,project communication and follow-up, mould testing and molding analysis, technical advice and support.
Plastic Navigation requires the staff of each production process to have rigorous training regularly and make them fully aware of the quality standard and requirements of each process, strict quality inspection and supervision after each process are also required.
