Planet Maids Cleaning Service

We have been using Planet Maids for a little over a year now and are extremely happy with their service. The workers are always prompt and extremely courteous. Moreover, they do an outstanding job of cleaning our home. Our expectations have been met completely and we would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone in need!

I travel a lot for work and rent out my unit on short-term basis to prospective guests. I used to clean it  myself but wanted to try a service who can also wash laundry and linens, and make the beds to get it ready like a hotel stay, which I guess is a bit different from a normal cleaning. I must admit my apt. is sparse and not hard to clean. I hired Planet Maids and they sent me 2 maids to clean my apt. the first time to give them instructions and after 9 months and over a dozen or more cleanings,  they have not missed a single cleaning  and  managed to clean it without any complaints from guests.  It's  reassuring to have a dependable cleaning company such as this one  to serve my needs especially when I'm not there. Excellent customer service. Easy to deal with over the phone, followed up quickly, called to confirm appointment, and showed up on time. The crew was very respectful, open to suggestions, and extremely knowledgeable. They know how to clean any surface and I don't have to explain the basics (which other cleaning people have made painful). Highly recommended. My house was spotless!!
