Introduction
From babies to adults, from beginners to elite, Pinewood Gymnastics Club provides gymnastics classes suitable for all ages and levels of ability. In a fun and safe environment, Pinewood Gymnastics Club hopes to inspire all to achieve their full potential whether that be through our recognised recreational badge scheme to an Olympic star of the future. The Club is proud to have two large purpose built gymnasiums equipped to the highest standard to provide some of the best pre-school, recreational and elite facilities in the South East.
Kindergym Ages 1- School Age
Our Kindergym classes are designed for children from 1 year old to school age and aims to develop their balance, co-ordination, gross and fine motor skills, special awareness and body control, while learning about colours, numbers, word association and social interaction, all in a safe and fun environment.
Club Classes Age 5-16 years
These classes are designed for young boys and girls of school age and of all abilities. They are designed to challenge each child on a variety of apparatus including floor, airtrack, vault, beam, bars and trampoline.
Freestyle Gymnastics is a modern form of gymnastics that has become the latest craze amongst teenagers and young adults.
Suitable for Ages
Age 10 – 13 Years
Age 14 – 17 Years
Over 18 Years Freestyle

Structured classes: (Strictly Over 18 years)
Our structured gymnastics sessions are fantastic for all abilities from complete beginner to former gymnasts.
Open unstructured classes: (Strictly Over 18 years)
Our open gymnastics class is more suited to competent gymnasts that wish to come in and do their own thing without the guidance of a coach.
