Introduction
Pine Needle Farm Cashmeres is a 20 acre off-grid farm specializing in raising Cashmere goats. We are located in NW Montana. The cashmere is completely grown and processed right here on the farm, never leaving the place until you buy it. The goats are raised all naturally, no chemicals, hormones or anything except herbs, vitamins and minerals are used. This makes for happy healthy goats with spectacular cashmere!
I comb the goats once a year, wash the fleece in organic soap, dehair it right here, and then sell the cloud for spinning, or I spin the fleece into wonderfully soft yarn to sell. I also crochet it into luxurious accessories like scarves, cowls, hats, wrist warmers, etc.
The cashmere is top quality, microns in the 14 to 17 range, which means it is exceptionally soft, strong and luxurious! It comes in natural shades of white to cream, light gray/brown to a dark brown. I also hand dye some of it. North American Cashmere, some of the finest in the world! Treat yourself to some pure luxury and stay warm in style.
