Dr. Pinaud provides Couples & Marriage Relationship Counselling, Family Relationship Counselling, and Individual Relationship Counselling in the Greater Vancouver area. Based in North Vancouver, Dr. Pinaud's service areas include greater Vancouver, West Vancouver, and reach as far as Squamish and Whistler, BC. He works with his clients to uncover their communication style and guide and train them to become better communicators. Dr. Pinaud recognizes that any one technique may not be effective for everyone. Drawing on years of experience, he will develop a customized plan for you based on many modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural, Short-Term Solution Focused Therapy, Adlerian Holistic approaches, Brief Therapy, Couples & Marriage Counselling, Critical Incident Stress Management, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, Trauma Counselling, Life Stress Reduction, & Communication Skills Training. Dr. Pinaud's approach consists of developing a systematic case plan that a client provides by answering an exstensive series of questions. This is not a cookie-cutter method but reflects a customized plan specific to his clients interests and needs. He will not make assunptions or judgements nor be too directive in his methods.
