Pina's Bistro is a small bright culinary jewel in Tustin, amid dozens of other fine Italian eateries in Orange County, California. Established in 1995 as a family enterprise encompassing three generations, the cuisine of her native Napoli has been lovingly and masterfully recreated and served to her loyal patrons for many years. In fact, this year we will be celebrating our 15th year in business. One of the key ingredients to our success and longevity is the fact that we use only the freshest and finest ingredients available in the marketplace. Pina and her daughters hand craft all of their sausage, manicotti, cannelloni, lasagna, gnocchi, bread, and sauces, not to mention their luxurious and sensual desert offerings. In addition to her regular menu fare, Pina also offers a varied array of daily specials and signature dishes including a 16 oz veal chop, Chilean sea bass marichaira, and sausage pizzaiola to name a few. Oh, and if you do not see a particular dish that you crave listed on the menu, just ask Pina and she will make every attempt to accommodate your request (provided of course, that she has the ingredients on hand). Whether you choose to dine in or place an order to go, you will always experience a true culinary delight and we guarantee your complete satisfaction. Catering is also available.
