Introduction
At Body in Motion we are physiotherapists and fitness trainers with specialist qualifications in Pilates. We teach both one on one sessions and group classes utilising both Pilates Reformers and mat exercises with small props. With our experience and expertise in rehabilitation you from injuries and pain issues – we can help you to regain your mobility and start to tackle life again. We have a fully equipped studio with Joesph Pilates large equipment pieces.
