Our founder and CEO, Wayne Chen, is a fourth-generation piano technician who trained in the Steinway factory in Hamburg. He has worked with pianists and concert halls all over the world. We specialize in rebuilt Steinway pianos, and we are the authorized Ritmuller dealer of Toronto. Our store is based in Richmond Hill and has the largest collection of rebuilt Steinway pianos in Canada - a selection of over thirty well-prepared instruments. We also provide piano services including moves, tunings, repairs, and various installations including Damp-Chaser and player systems.
