We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese national dish – an amazingly tasty and nutritious noodle soup, as well as other authentic Vietnamese dishes, coffees, beers, cocktails and fresh juices.
Pho Brighton is literally a stone's throw from the centre of the Lanes and has lots of fantastic outdoor seating with wonderful sea views. This restaurant is quite a bit bigger than our others with a capacity of 130, including bar seating overlooking the open kitchen in the centre of the restaurant. We're open throughout the week for eat-in and takeaway.
