We also provide verbal evaluations if requested (which can be useful in the the event of an auction). We check for compliance with the current Building Code of Australia and current relevant Australian Standards. We are a family run business with over 40 years practical building experience. Our building inspector is a registered builder with a building diploma and an unrestricted building practitioner and contractors registration. Our reports are NOT in a tick box format, but individually list and provide a typed report with photos and diagrams of matters that may be of concern. We are fully insured and carry professional indemnity insurance for our clients peace of mind.
