Established in 1999 Performance Pool and Spa are committed to building quality inground swimming pools with a standard range of inclusions that most swimming pool builders only offer as optional extras.
The construction of inground swimming pools is a specialised field and we have the expertise and knowledge necessary to ensure all of our inground swimming pools are built to the highest possible standards.

Warranty
With all projects its important to know that your investment is protected. Reinforced concrete steel structures are the worlds most popular building materials because of their strength and durability. The worlds tallest skyscrapers and longest bridges are all built using the same methods as each and everyone of our inground swimming pools. All inground swimming pools built by Performance Pool and Spa come with a comprehensive 10 year structural warranty which is underwritten by a 25 year design guarantee from our structural engineers and a life expectancy of more than 50 years! Now that’s peace of mind!
Quality Control
The completion of any project large or small is the result of good communication and supervision. To ensure that all work is being constructed as per the plans and specifications a director of the company, experienced swimming pool builders and project managers, will be in direct control of coordinating tradesman deliveries and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest possible standards. Your project manager will visit the site on a regular basis keep you up to date with progress on site and especially at each critical stage will ensure that work is as per the plans. He will be available for you to meet or call him at any time to discuss any queries or concerns you may have. Any problems that we encounter (these should few and be of a minor nature) will be dealt with promptly and resolved in an amicable fashion. As members of BSA and the QMBA it is a requirement that our work be of the highest standards at all times.
Construction Time Frame / Project Management
Prior to commencement of all our projects a time schedule is drafted detailing all materials necessary and a time frame for which contractors are required to be on site. This ensures that materials and trades turn up on time and in the correct order. Most projects have a construction period of 6 to 8 weeks.
Display Center / Showroom
At our Showroom at Meadowbrook we have a selection of our most popular products on display for your consideration. Feel free to come in and discuss your swimming pool project with a qualified design consultant, and get up to the minute advise and information about your inground swimming pool!
