I have had two pairs from perfectglasses.co.uk and delighted with both, semi rimless with all added extras like anti-reflective coating, anti-scratch, uv protection for £20.00 each. All the way through your order you are kept informed by text and email about what the status of your order is and if you have any questions they are quick to answer them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as my experience with them has been total satisfaction. My two pairs I ordered were a great fit and i am over the moon with them. I will not buy from high street opticians again, give them a go it is worth the money. My local opticians take £25 for anti-reflective coating and as you can see i got glasses frames everything for £20 what a difference. I will definitely buy from them again.

For a £28 frame that has been sent out to me within 7 days. I have nothing to complain about. I know that the same pair would cost me over £90 at a high street (will stop using them now). It is perfectglasses.co.uk for me next time as well.

I had ordered for a pair of glasses last year and the glasses I received were damaged in transit, they promptly replaced the same so this time around I placed another order for a pair of Gucci last weekend and was very impressed with the quality of glasses. The regular text update was just perfect example of a value add service. I will buy again from them give the quality of goods and the price I paid.

What happens next....
5 day delivery, try 3 weeks and thats after I started chasing them.
I tried on the glasses and the right eye wasn't right, (although another company managed to make a pair off the same prescription and they're ok) thats ok I can send them back through Perfect Glasses 'no quibble refund'. WRONG! I sent them back to hear nothing for over a week, so I chase them again to be told they've been made perfectly, of course they have, they wouldn't be wrong!
After constantly chasing on email they offered me £35.50 of the £95 I spent, what a joke! After a stubburn 3 weeks of insulting offers I have reluctantly agreed to the pityful refund to only get £32.50 and when questioned....you guessed it, they're only charging me to return the lenses that I own!
I am now seeking the rest through the small claims court after very good advice from citizens advice who tell me this company is well known to them.
The customer service department is very slow, sometimes it's 3 days for a reply, surely on a complaint you'd deal with it straight away, unless they're inundated with complaints!!!
All in all, beware, they take your money, offer a minimal refund until you just can't take it anymore so you give in....for now.
In my opinion, I suspect fraudulent activity going on here, very easy little scam!
