Introduction
Pera Rose first opened in 2010 in Bournemouth, when Erman and his mother Rose decided to follow family tradition.
Our aim is not just to satisfy customers stomach with good honest food, but also to fill their souls with an authentic & relaxed atmosphere. We believe in healthy cooking methods and fresh food which is full of flavour. Hygiene, elegance and presentation are the most essential elements we follow.
We blended and modernized Mediterranean and Anatolian cuisine impeccably in our menu. Rose, our head chef, is meticulous to maintain the flavour of the meat by using her unique method for marinating.
