Welcome to Pella Real Estate Services where The Buchheit Team’s business mission is "Investing in Lives Through Real Estate".
Welcome to Pella Real Estate Services. Our names are Mike & Sarah Buchheit and we have been active real estate investors and licensed agents in the Pella, Marion County and Mahaska County area for the past 20 years. Our licensed Brokerage has been in business since September 2016 and is already the fastest growing and one of the top level agent/agent teams in our primary focus area. We have helped homeowners and investors buy and sell over $6M in real estate in our first year. We are currently adding experienced, customer friendly staff and resources to help you in various areas of real estate interests. We are adding licensed agents, property management resources, and handyman resources to care for your real estate sales and ownership needs. Our family includes three wonderful children. Our son Nathan was married in 2017 to Erin and works in Sales in the state of Washington. While our middle son Zachary is graduating from Northern Iowa in Dec 2017 with a Construction Management degree and our daughter Ciara is well underway at Northern Iowa working on a Business Management degree. Our family has been active in real estate investing and have purchased, improved, and invested in over 45 homes since moving to Pella and Marion County.
Mike and Sarah are active in various activities in the area and in leadership opportunities within St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Mike is also a coach of high school sports at both area high schools: Pella High School (cross country) and Pella Christian (soccer). In addition enjoys providing leadership direction as board chairman of The Well Resource Center, coordinating the Red Rock Balloon Fest 5k/10k run in the middle of July, and active on this year’s Tulip Time queen and court selection.
Prior to running our own business brokerage, we have enjoyed careers in the local area by Mike working 18 years of leadership at Pella Corporation and Sarah working for local financial planner and other professional businesses.
