Andrew has 25 years’ experience of bringing about performance improvement and culture change for the likes of Bupa, Panasonic, Orange, Nationwide and Standard Life, generating outstanding business results and winning numerous industry awards.
Ella Overshott
Senior Partner
Ella’s experience reflects her love of change and variety working in retail, financial services and voluntary sectors across the UK, latterly achieving award winning success for her work in mergers and acquisitions. Her background leading sales and operations teams brings a much needed practicality and commercial focus to the challenge of culture change and people engagement.
Penny Loveless
Senior Partner
Penny founded Pecan in 2012. Immediately prior to establishing Pecan Penny was Business Leader for Culture and Colleague Engagement at Co-operative Banking Group. Her responsibilities included designing and leading the strategy to change the culture of the bank and integrate Co-op and Britannia, which resulted in industry leading customer and colleague advocacy scores.
