Introduction
A paying guest is a person who pays to hang about with someone in their home, frequently for a tiny time. A paying guest accommodation is normally home which have 3 bhk and above where owners have a spare room and they wish to rent it out to students or executives or single individuals.
In simple words, paying guest means u have facilities like home all food, TV, AC, furniture and you are paying for it.
Since we have seen lots of student will come and relocate at various places for higher studies and get better education. At this time, major concern of their parents is to manage foods, home and amenities like home. PG accommodation will sort out these problems and makes a comfort facility to stay at family home.
We at Tulja estate understand needs of PG and thus we show them various homes, apartments which accommodate PG to their home as a family member. We aalso showed initially pictures home and its situation including bedroom, leaving area, gallery and all amenities so PG can get idea of it.
We have excellent PG accommodation facility in the well maintained commercial area.
PG rooms are in Sambhavnath Complex Opp.Sudarshan Tower near Cambay Hotel. We have security parking facility.
Each room has following facilities:
Cupboard for each member
Exclusive bed for each member
Good quality Bed sheet and pillow (Weekly changed for washing)
Attached bathroom cum toilet ( weekly cleaning done)
24 hours caretaker available at place
Food facilities:
We understand the value of homely food specially when one is outside of the home. Hence we prepare food just for staying member so we can serve best quality homely food without any limit on the quantity:
Morning breakfast (8 to 11)
Lunch (11 to 3)
Dinner (8 to 11)
Value added Room Facility: We focused on the value added service for being best in our field. Following are the key feature for our members:
Full laundry facility
Water heater (ISO standard Geezer) in each bathroom
A/C upon the requirement
Common freeze in each flat
Sweeping & cleaning the room on daily basis
Aqua drinking water
24 hrs water facility in bathroom
Member have to provide their passport size photo, permanent address details for the verification. We feel these are important aspects from security point of view for all members.
