Introduction
Paul Zeital Kemsley is an English businessman who was born in August 1967. He got his education from Athol School in Rayners Lane, Harrow. At 15 years of age,Paul worked at John Paul Menswearon Saturdays, which led to the first meeting with Mike Ashley, who helped himopen up his first Sports World equipment outlet just across the road.
He is best known to sports fans as the chairman of New York Cosmos and the former Vice-Chairman of Tottenham Hotspur football club.
He was appointed as the Vice Chairman for Tottenham Hotspur Football and Athletic Co Limited in 2006. He had been an active member of the board for 4 years before he was appointed as Vice President.By the time of his departure from the club in 2007, the efforts of Paul had helped the club to reach a very healthy financial position.
In 2009 Paul bought the team rights for the New York Cosmos for an undisclosed amount. The deal was made with G PeppePinton, the general manager of the team.The New York Cosmos have had some iconic players including one of the greatest footballers of all times, Pele who played his last match for the team in front of a packed New York audience.
