I am a qualified educator, and after teaching for 21 years, I ventured into my own business when my husband and I becoming the owners of a Registered Training Organisation in media, where I assumed the role of "Head of School". Here, I was able to find and apply a strong passion for ethical management and leadership, of which I continue to be a huge advocate. Being the owner operator of a business, I undertook a large number of various responsibilities which have attributed to the business and leadership skills that I am able to still practice and utilise in present day.
With being self-employed for over 13 years, I am now excited at being able to assist people to be able to work autonomously and be independent business owners as well.
