Trainer
Kerry studied law at Oxford and went on to run her own training companies in the UK and abroad. Kerry returned to UK to be closer to family and has now joined this company providing specialisation in the legal and care disciplines of the organisation.
Mary Matthews Dip. (Business & finance)
Administrator
Mary studied in Cornwall and gained a BTEC National Diploma with distinction in Business & finance. After many years working as an administrator for two training companies she now works part time as an administrator with Barnardos children's centres. The rest of the time she devotes to keeping this companies admin on track.
Otilllia Pochat
Trainer and internal quality assurance
Ottilia qualified as a primary school teacher in 1985 in Amsterdam. After working in schools for special needs children and young people, she spent some years in Scotland, Canada and Mexico, before settling in England. Currently, Ottilia works as a First Aid Trainer, Internal Quality Assurance Assessor, Table Tennis Coach and Sleep Practitioner. Her role within this organisation is to deliver Paediatric First Aid and Emergency First aid at Work courses and also to liaise with awarding bodies to ensure that quality standards are maintained.

From a commercial and industrial background Pat went into education and training in 1990, starting his own company in 1998. In 1993 Pat visited Pennsylvania USA to study their Voc. Ed. provision and later visited Czechoslovakia where he gained his passion for vocational training and getting people to do, rather than just listen to.

Tara studied medicine in Leicester. She is currenly working as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at
Royal Derby Hospital. She has a particular interest in teaching paediatric advanced life support and advanced trauma life support. Tara provides invaluable support to this company to ensure that all our first aid training is delivered to the highest of standards.
