Wayne Chessler, proudly welcomes you to Park 143 Bistro, his latest venture and elegant take an New American dining. Chessler may be familiar to Westchester diners from previous roles as the general manager of Harrys of Hartsdale and Underhills Crossing for the last fifteen years. He honed his industry skills as the general manager of a consortium of restaurants at the landmark Rockefeller Center, which included the Assembly Steak House.

Park 143 Bistro is a place where people can come to enjoy great, imaginative food and drink in a lovingly crafted setting with a personal touch and warm hospitality. Chessler takes great pride in watching people dine and enjoy themselves and believes the environment he creates is equally important as the food.

The menu features a wide selection of small plates to allow guests to have a sampling of many different dishes prepared with creativity and fresh, seasonal flavors and ingredients. One can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails in a polished and smart interior. The decor is chic and stylish with New York City flair, from the custom banquettes to the black subway tile bar and a unique chef’s table allowing the guest to become part of the décor.
