- Home Attendant Services. The main purpose of this service is to provide personalized care based on the individual needs of every individual we serve. We understand how some seniors would prefer to stay in their house rather than living in a nursing home. That is why we provide this service to help them maintain their independence while they get to enjoy staying in their own homes and continue enjoying their current lifestyle.
- CDPAP. CDPAP or Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program is a statewide Medicaid Program that gives an alternative option for getting home care services, where the consumer has more control over who provides their care and how it is given.
- Nursing Services. The goal of this service is to meet the complex medical needs of the patients who are under our care. We understand that every individual has their own specific needs and that not all caregivers can meet those, especially if it requires the assistance from the skilled hands of a healthcare professional.
- Social Services. We understand that patients also have other needs aside from receiving healthcare services. It is the duty of our social workers to assist them with their emotional, social, and financial needs that affect patients and their families, as well as provide counseling and community resources that are essential for improving the quality of life throughout their care journey.
