Introduction
On November 3, 1986 the newly renovated PaoloLombardi's Ristorante opened its doors as an upscale Albany area Italian restaurant. Executive Chef and owner Paul Lombardi created a new menu for his restaurant. The menu features spectacular creations from Italy's northern and southern regions.
Chef Lombardi spares no expense in procuring the finest and freshest products available. Items are made to order so to insure freshness. Veal, chicken, and steaks are cut by hand daily and prepared in our kitchen, and our seafood is always the freshest available.
In 1994 to meet the overwhelming demand for seating, the Albany area restaurant was expanded from its 75-seat capacity to our present seating capacity of 180, with two private banquet rooms. The result was to make Paolo Lombardi's Restaurant, already one of the areas hottest fine dining spots, even more accessible. The majestic setting coupled with a friendly and professional staff makes Paolo Lombardi's a must for your dining experience as an excellent Albany area Italian restaurant.
