I’m a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I treat people for a wide range of issues, including smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety, exam nerves, phobias, nail-biting and many others. If you’ve never been to a hypnotherapist before, you may have some concerns. Let me reassure you that you will never be "out of control" while in trance - hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state which most people really enjoy. I will spend some time getting to know you and finding out exactly what the problem is, then we will work together to achieve your goal, using hypnotherapy and visualisation. Every person and problem is unique, so my approach is individually tailored to free you from whatever is holding you back and to develop your natural strengths and resources. Hypnotherapy is most effective in an atmosphere of acceptance and trust, so you can be sure that, no matter what your difficulty, you will always be treated respectfully and in complete confidence.

My office is in central Motherwell but I can arrange to see clients in Glasgow (Maryhill and Duke Street locations) at no extra cost.
