Introduction
Pacifera produces "ShrinkMail", a program that sits alongside email servers, and enables the mail system to send and received attachments of any size. The product is transparent to users, who see no change in their email system - they are simply able to send attachments unlimited by size restriction. ShrinkMail is bi-directional - it permits inbound email attachments of any size as well. ShrinkMail works on any device - PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone
ShrinkMail comes in two forms, Corporate and Consumer. Individuals primarily use it to be able to send High Definition videos from their smartphones via email, although we have seen students send CDs with it. After nine years as an officer in the Royal Navy, Graham emigrated to the US for ten years, learning international trading whilst with a food importing company, and starting his own first two businesses. He went back to the UK to work on the Channel Tunnel project in 1986, and as an outcome, started Nexus Management in 1989. As President and CEO, Graham watched Nexus grow to employ over 100 staff in the UK and the US (mainly in Maine). A global IT Managed Services Provider, Nexus supports clients on every continent except Antarctica, and in major cities from Beijing to Budapest, Tampa to Tokyo. In January 2010, Graham was a founding partner of Pacifera LP in Maine with John Sullivan, dedicated to bringing intelligent IT solutions to the market.

With an eclectic background in science, music, pastoral care, business management, and information technology, John Sullivan has had an equally eclectic career ranging from managing startups as diverse as construction supply and managed IT services, to a heavily technical engagement as a senior network engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield Maine, to CTO of Nexus Management – a global IT service delivery organization. As a founding partner of Pacifera, he has used the power and flexibility of open source software to directly create or foster four leading edge IT services and products.

The guru behind ShrinkMail, Phil is a well qualified and highly experienced IT professional with almost 20 years experience in business and systems analysis, support and development. Proven in the delivery of business critical IT projects from identification of business needs through to the development, design and integration of viable technical solutions. Possesses a high level of technical literacy and business acumen and is proficient in all aspects of data and risk analysis, and requirements modelling. An effective leader who utilises excellent communication skills to support and direct multi-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of all company objectives and technical requirements.
