PaSu Farm Restaurant

We are located on a sheep farm overooking a panoramic and buclolic view of rolling hills and farmland with the Rocky Mountains forming a spectacular horizon. The restaurant is in the shape of a hip-roof barn with high pine covered cielings and walls and huge windows so that the view can be enjoyed by all and lots of natural light. The wall decorations are African art and collectibles which atest to our heritage. The restaurant is situated next to an eclectic boutique specializing in sheepskins and wool clothing. It is recognized as one of the oldest purveyors of moccasins in Alberta.
We are closed on Mondays and open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday from 12 to 2. From 2 to4 we serve teas and light lunches. On Sunday we serve a lunch buffet with the focus been on Roast lamb, beef and chicken. Reservations are essential . Saturday night are feature dinner evenings.
Alll food is cooked from scratch with the fresh produce supplied from our own gardens or hand selected at farmers markets. We cook with integrity and the finest products available and our presentations while being appealing are not pretentious. Our menu is a fusion of Mediterranian, South African and Mauritian cuisine. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes generous. The atmosphere and experience quite unique.
