PB Services, Inc. was established in the early 70's in Gettysburg, PA. Bonita M. Crawford joined the staff in 1979 and worked with the then owners until the business moved to Chambersburg, PA in 1984.They added sales in 2013 to the Residential and Commercial property management. They handle Homeowners Associations, Mobile Home Parks and Commercial and Residential Sales. Crawford is the Broker owner and is licensed in both PA and MD as well as a licensed Title Insurance Agent in PA And MD.
