Introduction
We demolish residential, commercial and industrial freestanding buildings. We help to organise every step of the demolition process including permits, site fencing and the safe removal of asbestos. We are committed to minimising landfill by recycling demolition waste including steel, brick, concrete, copper and hardwood timber. P C Smith Building and Demolition has been operating since 1971 in New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory. Peter Smith, Director, has over 44 years of building experience in contract building, heritage building, speculative building, and demolition. As a previous chairman of the Master Builders Association of the ACT, Peter understands the precautions and considerations required during the demolition and building process. It is our mission to make the first stage of your new home an enjoyable experience.
