Owl Cottage

We have a beautiful self catering cottage in Magoebaskloof in Limpopo. The cottage is fully equipped for 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms. We have 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen diner with comfortable seating. Outside we have a covered veranda with braai facilities. Our swimming pool is crystal clear. The gardens are pretty and the view from the back lawn down over the indigenous bush to distant Tzaneen is breathtaking. We are on the south side of the Woodbush Forest Reserve one of the few remaining patches of indigenous forest left in our country. The bird life is delightful and we have a wonderful local guide who will take you to see your lifer. We are a summer rainfall area so we have misty mornings and some rain to keep us looking green. In the winter the sky is blue and the days are sunny. The night skies are spectacular with wonderful views of the Milky Way. Our nearest town Tzaneen 25kms away has all the shopping you need and our nearest village Haenertsburg only 15kms away has some pretty shops and a pub and coffee shop. A mere one and a half hours drive will take you to the Phalaborwa gate of our famous treasure the Kruger National Park
