Guna Celms is a Psychologist with extensive experience and specialist knowledge in assisting individuals at all levels of an organisation. Whether consulting or providing assessment services, management coaching, counselling, corporate training, personal development or mediation, her aim is to facilitate self-awareness, reflection, deep learning and an exploration of one's strengths, limitations and beliefs. She fosters an exploration of new and/or more appropriate or alternate ways of reacting to achieve one's objectives. She assists individuals to tune into their environment, develop required skills and acquire necessary knowledge, including self-knowledge, to enable them to be more successful both personally and professionally.
