Terrible awful company. We got tickets to the 4th of July horror cruise. We waited 3 hours in the hot sun as the boat was 3 hours late to arrive. Once on board the boat missed the security launch and therefore never left the pier. We didnt get to go on a cruise at all. In thr end most people simply left. The company has not even botheted to apologise. At firsy they ignored my emails demanding a refund...now they are just refusing me as "the event wasnt cancelled"...what a joke..stsy far away from this lot

Horrific company, no boat turned up. Terribly organised. Total scammers. Waiting in line for hours on New Year's Eve. After paying all that money, was not my idea of a great New Years. Do not trust this company!!
